self-esteem and treasured friendships for all!!!

Cedar Fox Farm is a family run farm that offers English and Western riding instruction for the beginner to the seasoned competitor. All aspects of safety are gone over and firmly stressed. We strive to teach horse knowledge, and gentle effective communication skills both on and off the horse.

We recommend all campers that are not lesson students take a few lessons at Cedar Fox prior to summer camp. These lessons are offered at a reduced rate ($20).

All Day Camp (Beginner-Advanced)
$290, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Fun, Fun, Fun! You will be assigned your own horse for the week. Enjoy riding lessons and learn horse care skills each morning. A very small camper-instructor ratio allows for rapid and safe learning. Try riding bareback, make horse treats and go on a field trip! There will be a barn sleepover and movie night ($10 charge for pizza/breakfast). A newsletter will go home with students each day. They will also receive a folder with certificates and instructional papers. The week will be ended with a demonstration for parents and friends. A great opportunity for all ages and riding levels to improve skills, build self esteem, make treasured friendships and have fun!

Afternoon Camp (Beginner-Advanced)
$150, 1:30-3:30 pm

This camp is a similar program to all day camp. It is perfect for riders that want the camp experience with a low time commitment or younger riders that may not be ready for a full day of camp.

Evening Camp (Beginner-Advanced)
$150, 6:30-8:30 pm

This camp is a similar program to afternoon camp. It is ideal for parents that work. The evenings are nice and cool as well!

Pee Wee Camp (Beginner/Young Children)
$125, 9:30-11:00 am

This camp is designed for small children that may not have ridden before. Parents or grandparents are welcome to stay.

Trainer / Horse Show Camp (Advanced riders only)
$100, 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Tailored to more advanced riders. Graduates of this camp will be eligible to attend other camps as an assistant trainer. This intensive camp will include sessions on training horses, trail rides, theory, safety instruction and a horse show. We anticipate this camp will fill up quickly, so you may wish to sign up for another week of camp as a precaution.

Adult Weekend Camp (Adults, any riding level)
$60, Sat. 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

This camp is for especially catered for parents who have children that ride and want to learn more about horses! Be ready to have fun playing games with the horses, doing some “horsey pilates”, and maybe even rounding up some cows or “running” around barrels! Other activities may include learning about horse shows and horse ailments. Feel free to make suggestions!
