Training

Horses are started using classic dressage theories.
​This includes hunter, jumper, ranch  rope and western dressage. 
We strive to develop a nice, quiet, confident, dependable horse.

Our training methods are based on old school, classical principles. We strive to develop confident, happy horses by helping them find rhythm, relaxation, balance and straightness.

• Each horse is developed within his/her own time. Pressure – Stress – Anxiety – Avoidance. Happy, forward, confident horses who understand their job and what the goal is.
• The basic building blocks are the same whether we’re training a jumper, hunter, barrel, or rope horse. We have 40 years of experience training and starting every horse from thoroughbred yearlings to a finished roping horse.
